During my career at home and abroad, I have watched young, enthusiastic and talented chefs strive to achieve their ultimate goals. I feel that I have always been involved in teaching and assisting these young chefs throughout my industrial experiences. Within my catering business I have developed young chefs and sent them on to some of the best hotels in the UK! Having a platform upon which I am now fully supported in my teachings, gives me great satisfaction, having the ability and opportunity to shape the lives and future of our industry is gratifying. I look at every challenge with enthusiasm, ever optimistic and satisfied with what I have achieved so far.
